The Yampah Vapor Caves are naturally created geothermal steam baths and are the only ones in the nation not created by man-made excavating. The caves are located across the river from the Amtrak station, just east of Two Rivers Park. Three interconnected caverns exist in the system with each separate area staying at a consistently balmy 111 degrees.
