The Frontier Historical Museum strives to collect rare antiques, artifacts, and historic materials in an effort to preserve the fascinating history of the Glenwood Spring's area. The museum is located in the heart of downtown, just a five minutes walk north of Sayre Park. Also offered at the museum is an impressive library of primary source material, including cemetery and mortuary records, old high school annuals and microfilms of many of the newspapers from the past.
